A beautiful Villa of 75 sq m, located in a distance of approximately 100 meters from Spilia Village Hotel, with a sharing pool and a splendid view to the surrounding green valley.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with private bathroom and on the ground floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. A fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining table for 5 persons, a living room with the sofa (single bed).
The swimming pool is semi-private as it is shared with the two neighboring villas. However, each villa has it's own parasol and sun lounges.
Free buffet style breakfast is served in the main building of Spilia Village Hotel. Daily cleaning service, A/C and internet are also provided with no extra charge.
Visitors staying in the villa may use all the services and facilities of the hotel as well, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, the fitness center, the sauna and the steam bath.
